What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct quality audits of financial documentation in accordance with customer contracts
- Identify trends and discrepancies in underwriting practices and report findings to senior leaders
- Develop and maintain data-driven KPIs and quality scorecards to monitor underwriting performance
- Collaborate with various teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
- Present actionable insights and quality metrics to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables
- Effective communication skills for both formal and informal interactions at all organizational levels
- Strong attention to detail in data entry and task execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Statistics, or related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ year of audit or underwriting experience, including in a quality assurance role
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives using data-driven insights
- Lean Six Sigma or similar quality/process improvement certification
- 1+ year of experience using Salesforce
- Background in the PBM industry
