Job summary

Farm Family in the United States seeks an Underwriting Quality Analyst to support the underwriting quality and governance program. You will perform quality review, analyze audit data, maintain reporting, and help identify trends and process improvements.

You will work with auditors, underwriters, compliance, and product management to improve accuracy, documentation quality, and adherence to company standards; strong data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance or underwriting support.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Excel.
• Ability to handle large data sets with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to summarize findings clearly.
• Experience learning new systems quickly.
• Project coordination skills with prioritization and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality review and audit support on underwriting transactions.
• Prepare metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and presentations.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and organize documentation.
• Support reporting automation and governance workflows.
• Communicate findings clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist in SOPs, training content, and reference materials.
