Job summary

Unifin Inc in the United States is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to review and evaluate key business processes to ensure Regulation E compliance. The role involves analyzing data, monitoring QA metrics, and collaborating with Banking Operations, Risk Management, Customer Service and Information Security to remediate issues.

You will conduct daily to monthly QA testing, provide clear feedback for coaching, and support management with reports and trend analysis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, banking operations, or related fields.
• Experience in a dispute call-center environment preferred and Regulation E familiarity.
• Ability to understand complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus solid analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate business processes to ensure Regulation E compliance.
• Extract, clean, transform, and validate data for reporting and decision making.
• Collaborate with Banking Operations, Risk Management, and IS to remediate issues.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly QA testing and report findings to management.
• Monitor trends and provide remediation plans and training needs.
• Produce clear feedback and coaching notes for management and staff.
