Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance or underwriting support.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Excel.
• Ability to work accurately with large data sets and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to summarize findings clearly.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality review and audit support across underwriting transactions.
• Compile data, validate files, and prepare workpapers for auditors.
• Analyze results to identify trends, gaps, and training needs.
• Prepare metrics, dashboards, and reports highlighting findings and improvements.
• Maintain process maps, SOPs, and underwriting reference materials.
• Support governance transparency and SharePoint content organization.
