Argo Group in the United States is seeking an Underwriting Quality Auditor to independently evaluate underwriting files for quality, consistency, and compliance. This fully onsite role collaborates with underwriting leadership to remediate gaps and drive continuous improvement.
The role requires 5+ years of underwriting experience in P&C or E&S, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Argo and Farm Family partner with agents and brokers to provide insurance solutions that enable businesses to manage risks with confidence.
The Underwriting Quality Auditor independently evaluates underwriting files to assess quality, consistency, accuracy, authority management, appetite alignment, and compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements. This role identifies risk and process gaps, documents findings, provides actionable feedback, and partners with underwriting leadership and other stakeholders to support remediation, training, and continuous improvement.
This is a fully onsite position.
The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.
