• Support the production UW team with insurance policy life cycle tasks tied to agent service.
• Monitor Submissions and interface with UWs concerning submission appointments.
• Support policy binding, issuance, invoicing, and cancellation.
• Enact policy endorsements and changes.
• Identify opportunities for customer service engagement and improvement.
• Interface with broker appointments and internal broker data upkeep.
