Arch Capital Group Ltd. is seeking an Underwriting Service Specialist to support a new product in the Executive Assurance team. The role emphasizes creating workflows, developing SOPs, and driving change across underwriters and global partners.

You will partner with underwriting, corporate resources and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, accurate service and reports while handling policy issuance, data entry and invoicing. A proactive problem-solver mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ Years experience in same or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Policy & endorsement issuance.
• File documentation and set-up.
• Review account information for data entry into appropriate systems.
• Order, prepare and/or update reports.
• Policy Rating and/or initial entry into rating model.
• Processing of various underwriting transactions and requests.
• Correspond with brokers for information at Underwriter's request.
• Booking/Invoicing.
• Coordinate services with other services units, as needed.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Description At Arch, our operations teams help drive business growth by delivering exceptional service and efficient processes. This Underwriting Service Specialist role supports a new product within our Executive Assurance team, where workflows are still being established.

We are seeking a creative problem solver with experience building workflows, developing SOPs, and driving change. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking initiative, collaborating cross-functionally, analyzing information, resolving issues, and adapting to evolving business needs while partnering with underwriters, corporate resources, and global teams to meet key commitments.

For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible. $47,600 – $79,900 dependent on location. Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
