Job summary

Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking an Underwriting Service Specialist to support a new product within the Executive Assurance team. The role emphasizes workflow development, SOP creation, and cross-functional collaboration with underwriters and global teams.

The position requires initiative, data accuracy, and strong problem-solving skills, with base compensation ranging from $47,600 to $79,900 depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in related field preferred.
• Experience building workflows and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Policy & endorsement issuance.
• File documentation and setup.
• Review account information for data entry into systems.
• Order, prepare and/or update reports.
• Policy rating and initial entry into rating model.
• Process underwriting transactions and requests.
• Correspond with brokers for information.
• Booking/Invoicing.
• Coordinate services with other units.
• Perform other duties and special projects.
