Job summary

Questpro seeks a Supervisor/Manager for our Insurance Carrier client, based at the Midwest Regional Office in Carmel, IN. You will lead a commercial rating operations team of 4–6 Underwriting Assistants/Raters and oversee performance, workload, and quality programs.

You will supervise daily operations for new and renewal policies, endorse changes, cancellations, and reinstatements while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with SLAs.

• Supervising the daily operations of a commercial rating team with oversight of new and renewal policies; processing policy changes, to include endorsements, cancellations, non-renewals, and reinstatements.
• Managing workflow focused on efficient and effective use of technology capabilities.
• Monitoring activities to meet production goals, ensures compliance, audit, performance and quality standards are achieved and maintained at the defined service level agreements.
• Identifying, monitoring and communicating system issues to ensure timely and proper issue resolution.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with underwriting leaders to coordinate the delivery of all related services to customers.

We are currently seeking for one of our Insurance Carrier clients a Supervisor/Manager, (title dependent on experience), who will be responsible for the leadership and management of a commercial rating operations9 teams totaling 4-6 Underwriting Assistants/Raters. The leader will manage performance, workload and quality program for the team. This position will be located at our Midwest Regional Office in Carmel, IN.
