Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the Underwriting Operations Team within the Management Liability unit in Arizona. You will drive day-to-day oversight, lead organizational change, empower staff, and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required/Bachelors degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Substantial understanding and knowledge of Underwriting Support Processes and Procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work throughout the organization at different levels.
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in rating and policy issuance platforms, as well as system testing.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills used for interaction with all levels of associates and/or external sources in a variety of settings.
• Authorized to work in the United States and must not require VISA sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment purposes.
