Beazley invites motivated students to join a 10-week paid internship in underwriting. You will work with an experienced underwriting team, learn insurance fundamentals, and receive mentorship and structured development opportunities.

During the program you will analyze data, prepare underwriting materials, and complete a project to present your findings. Networking events and career development activities are included.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business, Economics, Finance, Management, Mathematics, or related field.
• Internship, leadership, extracurricular, or other relevant experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business applications.
• Fluency in English and additional languages where required by the business.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside underwriting professionals on team-led assignments.
• Learn how underwriters assess risk and support business decisions.
• Analyze data to identify key risk considerations and prepare materials.
