Job summary

The Allied Solutions internship program provides juniors and seniors with hands-on experience in finance and accounting within a dynamic corporate setting at our Carmel, IN headquarters.

Participants will rotate through daily accounting tasks, month-end close support, and process-improvement projects while receiving comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities. This full-time 12-week program runs May 17th through Aug 6th, 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.

Job description

The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands-on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to execute projects within your area of professional interests.

Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 17th - Aug. 6th, 2027). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily operational accounting tasks
• Accounting Reconciliations
• Sales commission maintenance
• Participate in month end close and reporting
• Provide support to improve and document existing processes and procedures

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA)

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Intermediate Excel skills
