Job summary

Allied Solutions offers a 12-week full-time internship (May 17 – Aug. 6, 2027) at our Carmel, IN headquarters for finance-oriented undergraduates. The program emphasizes learning, development, and hands-on experience across core FP&A activities.

Interns support monthly performance reviews, budgeting cycles, and financial modeling while collaborating with FP&A and business leaders. Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing Finance or Accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and an interest in understanding key business drivers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate financial information
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis; experience with other Microsoft Office applications
• Interest in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, and mergers & acquisitions

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial performance reviews, including variance analysis, forecasting, and identification of key business drivers
• Contribute to the 2028 enterprise planning and budgeting cycle, partnering with FP&A and business leaders to develop the annual plan
• Gain hands-on corporate development experience by supporting financial due diligence, acquisition modeling, valuation, and financial impact analysis for potential transactions
• Assist with financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic and investment decisions
• Partner with the FP&A team on reporting and process improvements, including opportunities to improve efficiency and financial insights
• Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects for Finance and business leadership
