Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a 4-year college or university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Leadership experience through work or activities.
• Ability to be onsite in office 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriting teams with research, data analysis, and risk assessment.
• Evaluate complex insurance applications (e.g., cyber, D&O, E&O, marine, or event insurance).
• Research industry risks and exposures in specialty lines.
• Prepare underwriting files with risk summaries and pricing justifications.
• Attend underwriting meetings and shadow underwriters on client calls.
• Participate in training on specialty insurance products, underwriting systems, and risk modeling tools.
