Job summary

Allied Solutions, LLC invites aspiring professionals to join its 12-week Underwriting Internship program in Carmel, IN. You will support process-improvement initiatives, review underwriting workflows, and perform QA audits while collaborating across teams to develop reporting tools for leadership.

The internship concludes with a presentation to RMO leadership, sharing findings and recommendations. Applicants must be enrolled Juniors or Seniors in relevant fields and demonstrate strong

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate junior or senior in a business- or finance-related program.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data visualization is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement by reviewing underwriting workflows and identifying gaps.
• Conduct QA audits of compliance data for accuracy and completeness.
• Collect, analyze, and report metrics; assist in dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate corrective actions clearly.
• Help maintain QA documentation and contribute to process improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations to RMO leadership at internship end.
