About the Role:

As a CBRE Underwriting Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the Underwriting management team in evaluating multifamily loan requests.

This job is part of the Loan Operations function. They are responsible for managing all aspects of the loan process for financial institutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Process incoming exhibits, narratives, and packages on new loan requests.
• Assist with the review of field underwriting submissions in preparation for the loan committee and final delivery of investor packages.
• Gather underwriting due diligence information and integrate real estate information from market research reports and other third-party sources.
• Perform property and market-level due diligence.
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding.
