Job summary

Zippy is seeking an experienced Underwriter to join our Dealer & Broker lending team, focusing on manufactured housing loans originated through dealer and broker partners. You will evaluate loan applications, assess borrower creditworthiness, and work with retail partners to move files efficiently through the pipeline.

Stay compliant with lending regulations and company guidelines while growing our retail origination channel.

Qualifications

• Experience as a loan underwriter is required; manufactured housing experience preferred.
• Proficient in analyzing financial statements and credit reports.
• Knowledge of lending regulations and underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and documents for manufactured housing loans.
• Assess borrower creditworthiness through financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and guidelines.
• Prepare underwriting decisions and summaries for dealers/brokers.
• Maintain and manage a pipeline of files to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve deficiencies.
