Join our dynamic team as an Auto Underwriter II (Jaguar Land Rover Financial Group) in our Auto Finance team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Review and recommend credit decisions to more senior underwriters based on requested amounts and policy requirements.
2. Assess credit applications and make appropriate decisions within policy and regulatory guidelines.
3. Approve automobile applications, emphasizing response time, application volume, and quality.
4. Achieve or surpass goals for return on equity, volume, conversion ratios, and other metrics.
5. Make sales calls via telephone and prepare follow-up communications as needed.
6. Respond promptly and accurately to internal and external customer inquiries.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Minimum of three years of Credit/Auto Finance experience.
• Experience reviewing credit bureau reports.
• Knowledge of credit policies, loan documentation, and credit philosophy.
• Ability to learn bank policies, procedures, products, and services.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Good judgment and understanding of credit policies and documentation.

This is a work-from-home role covering West Coast hours.
