Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of financial institution experience preferred; consumer lending experience required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; knowledge of lending laws are essential.

Responsibilities

• Examine loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify employment, income, tax returns, credit reports, and other documents to assess credit risk.
• Assess whether debt-to-income ratios meet lending standards.
• Verify collateral value and documentation during loan processing.
