Qualifications

• One year of teller experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of customer service and/or sales experience with cash handling required.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions, including deposits, loan payments, transfers, check cashing, withdrawals and wires.
• Cross-sell and promote Resound Credit Union products and services.
• Balance cash drawer and verify cash and check totals; resolve discrepancies.
• Educate members on products and digital solutions and respond to questions.
