Job summary

The Ascendancy Group is hiring a Life Support Maintenance Manager/ U/W Combat Dive Technologies System Manager in Virginia Beach, VA. This role involves overseeing maintenance and operational readiness of diving systems and ROVs used by NSW entities.

Key responsibilities include conducting both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, developing training curricula, and managing inventory of equipment. Candidates should have a Navy Dive School certification and relevant experience in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience as a certified diver.
• Qualification as 3M Maintenance Person and 3M Work Center Supervisor.
• Maintain forklift license for 6,000lb capacity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on combat diving systems.
• Develop and deliver training programs for NSW personnel.
• Manage inventory of combat diving systems and ensure compliance.
