Job summary

The Ascendancy Group is seeking a Diving Maintenance Manager/3M Work Center Supervisor in Virginia Beach. This role manages and schedules maintenance activities within the Preventative Maintenance System for diving equipment. Candidates must have Navy Dive School Certification and at least five years of relevant diving experience.

Responsibilities include conducting maintenance, traveling for inventories, and ensuring quality assurance for diving tasks. This position is contingent upon contract award and offers the opportunity to work in a specialized field.

Qualifications

• Navy Dive School Certified (NEC 5342 / M1DV, USCG OPSDC, or higher).
• At least five years’ experience as a certified diver.
• Qualify as 3M Maintenance Man and Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule maintenance within the PMS program.
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance as mandated.
• Travel within CONUS for maintenance and inventories.
