Job summary

People Technology And Processes seeks a qualified professional to manage maintenance, training, and readiness for combat diving systems and ROVs used by NSW teams. The role develops curricula, maintains records, and ensures all equipment is properly issued and tracked.

The position requires travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites, strong technical advisory skills, and the ability to coordinate with WARCOM and engineers on system upgrades and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
• Be able to operate a PC with common business software (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Maintain and write training curricula and records for NSW dive systems and ROVs.
• Possess Navy Dive School certification and NSW experience as 5342/M1DV or higher.

Responsibilities

• Ensures preventative and corrective maintenance of combat diving systems and ROVs; enhances readiness and inventory control.
• Develops and delivers comprehensive end-user training curricula; maintains training records and offers feedback for improvements.
• Maintains equipment and reports deficiencies; travels to train NSW personnel and participate in related conferences.
• Provides technical advice to engineers and WARCOM leadership; supports future tech development and system upgrades.
• Maintains accurate inventory; ensures documentation and accountability of equipment issued to NSW entities.
