Job summary
Blue Signal Search is seeking a motivated construction helper for outdoor underground utility projects in Murfreesboro, TN. You will install conduit, vaults, foundations, and supporting infrastructure, operating mini excavators, skid steers, trenchers, and related equipment while protecting existing utilities.

Qualifications
- Experience in underground utility or heavy construction preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate outdoor construction equipment safely.
- Willingness to obtain CDL within 180 days of hire is preferred.
- OSHA 10/30 certification and Traffic Control certification are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Install underground conduit, vaults, foundations, and related infrastructure.
- Operate mini excavators, skid steers, trenchers, and similar equipment.
- Excavate and prepare work areas while protecting existing utilities.
- Read drawings and follow project specifications.
- Perform site grading, restoration, and general cleanup.
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintain a clean work environment.
- Follow OSHA requirements and company safety standards.
- Collaborate with field crews, supervisors, and project leadership to deliver quality work on schedule.
