Job summary

USIC is a national leader in underground utility damage prevention, performing millions of locates each year for utilities and municipalities. As a Locator, you will locate and mark underground resources, document findings, and operate field equipment in daytime, full-time shifts with overtime and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Proficiency with technology and locate tickets/maps.
• Able to pass a drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilities in a designated area.
• Thoroughly search for utilities, accurately mark locations, document findings, and photograph each locate.
