Job summary

USIC Locating Services, LLC is seeking outdoor, safety-conscious field locators. Starting pay is $20.00/hour, rising to $30.00/hour with experience. You will locate utilities, mark sites, and document findings using company systems; daytime, full-time hours with potential overtime and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Proficiency with technology and field equipment.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen (safety-sensitive role).
• Ability to walk, bend, lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Correctly locate underground utilities and mark the site.
• Search designated areas, document findings, and photograph locates.
• Perform daytime, full-time field work with occasional overtime.
• Meet 48-hour turnaround on many locates; work after holidays and some weekends as needed.
• Work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as required by the business.
