Job summary

Stake Center Locating is seeking entry-level Locate Technicians to locate underground utilities, troubleshoot, and mark the ground. We will train you on the job and equip you with the basic skills to be successful in our 100% paid training.

What you’ll need is a preference to work outdoors in all weather, a desire to work independently and an ability to problem solve with speed and accuracy. Pay starts at $21.00 per hour with PTO, holidays, a vehicle with fuel card, safety shoe vouchers, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ years of age and valid driver's license.
• Ability to walk several miles daily and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Read maps and blueprints to plan locating.
• Use locate equipment to find underground utilities.
• Document tickets and communicate findings with team.
