Job summary

USIC locates underground utilities nationwide and seeks field technicians for daytime, full-time positions. You will locate utilities such as telecom, electric, gas, water, and sewer, mark locations, and document each locate.

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Proficiency with technology and field software.
• Able to pass a drug screen and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Locate underground utilities safely and accurately in designated areas.
• Mark the location on site and complete required documentation and photography.
• Coordinate with crews, homeowners, and contractors; work overtime, weekends, and on-call as needed.
