B.H. Inc. in St. George, UT is seeking a full-time Underground Utility Crew Foreman to direct crew operations for the Civil & Excavation division on the Black Desert Resort project in St.

George, Utah. We are looking for exceptional leaders with a background in civil construction and a passion for continuous improvement to help us drive customer satisfaction and company success. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience serving as a utility foreman.
• Proven track record leading crews in installing water, sewer, storm drain, and box culverts.
• Strong knowledge of site safety management, including leading POD and JSA meetings.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed.
• Local to the St. George, UT area with flexibility for moderate travel.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew operations for the Civil & Excavation division on the Black Desert Resort project in St. George, UT.
• Mentor and lead a safety-focused crew to maintain high integrity and performance on-site.
