B.H. Inc. in Utah seeks an Underground Utility Crew Foreman to lead our Civil & Excavation crew on the Black Desert Resort project in St. George. You will direct crew operations, emphasize safety, and drive continuous improvement to meet project goals.

• Local to the St. George, UT area with flexibility for travel.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of experience serving as a utility foreman
• Proven track record leading crews in installing water, sewer, storm drain, and box culverts
• Strong knowledge of site safety management, including leading POD and JSA meetings
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed
• Local to the St. George, UT area with flexibility for moderate travel
