B.H. Inc. is seeking a full-time Underground Utility Crew Foreman to direct crew operations for our Civil & Excavation division on the Black Desert Resort project in St. George, UT. We value strong leaders with civil construction experience who drive safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience serving as a utility foreman.
• Proven track record leading crews in installing water, sewer, storm drain, and box culverts.
• Strong knowledge of site safety management, including leading POD and JSA meetings.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed.
• Local to the St. George, UT area with flexibility for moderate travel.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew operations for the Civil & Excavation division.
• Lead POD and JSA safety meetings.
• Mentor crew members and enforce safety standards.
• Manage job sites with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with project management and field leadership.
