B.H. Inc. in Utah seeks an Underground Utility Crew Foreman to lead our Civil & Excavation crew on the Black Desert Resort project in St. George. You will direct crew operations, emphasize safety, and drive continuous improvement to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a utility foreman.
• Proven track record leading crews in water, sewer, storm drain, and box culverts.
• Strong knowledge of site safety management and leading POD and JSA meetings.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.
• Local to the St. George, UT area with flexibility for travel.
