Job summary

Azuria Water Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead underground utility construction projects in Orleans, IN. You will manage crews, schedules, budgets, and subcontractors while maintaining client relationships and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating field operations, reviewing plans and contracts, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as is a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in underground utility construction.
• Strong knowledge of water, sewer, storm, and site utility installation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage underground utility projects including water, sewer, storm drainage, and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and project personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Attend pre-construction, progress, and client meetings.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
• Communicate effectively with owners, engineers, municipalities, and utility providers.
• Resolve project challenges and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports and maintain accurate documentation.
