Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated utility locator to join our field team in Wilmington, NC. You will locate underground utilities, mark positions, and document each locate with photos, ensuring safety and accuracy in every job.

The role is daytime, full-time and requires overtime, weekend work, and on-call shifts as needed. You will need a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and strong communication with homeowners, contractors, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must pass a drug screen; safety-sensitive role.
• Ability to read locate tickets, maps and prints.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Locate underground utilities safely and accurately in designated areas.
• Mark locations precisely and document each locate with photos.
• Work daytime, full-time with potential holidays/weekends and overtime.
