Job summary

Congruex in the United States is seeking a Buried Crew Foreman to oversee underground utility construction crews, including excavation, conduit installation, and restoration. You will ensure safety compliance, coordinate field operations, and manage subcontractors to deliver projects on schedule.

The role requires 3–5 years of underground utility experience, ability to read blueprints, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of underground dry utility construction experience.
• Experience supervising crews and managing underground projects.
• Experience operating heavy construction equipment in utility environments.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specs.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% and pass drug screen/MVR.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of underground construction crews.
• Operate and oversee heavy construction equipment.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and resources.
• Read and interpret drawings and communicate status to customers, utility owners, local officials, subcontractors, and management.
• Inspect job sites for safety and quality compliance.
• Monitor crew productivity and maintain daily reports.
• Additional responsibilities within functional scope based on business needs.
