Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH Company, is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead an underground utilities crew on-site in Utah. The role requires managing a five-person crew, reading plans, and ensuring safety and cost control on project sites.

Applicants should have 5–10 years of underground utility experience with at least three years in a crew-leading capacity and hold a valid driver license; CDL is a plus. Proficiency with grade equipment and plan interpretation is expected.

Qualifications

• Underground utility experience required with crew leadership.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily work on the assigned project and direct crew employees.
• Be responsible for materials delivered to the project.
• Keep time cards for employees and prepare daily reports.
• Care of equipment and vehicle.
• Some heavy lifting will be required.
• Adherence, education & enforcement of company policy including safety.
• Monitor job cost.
• Perform other essential duties as assigned by supervisor.
