MasTec Communications Group is seeking an Underground Foreman to lead field crews on telecom infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for safe, quality work, mentoring a team, and hands-on field problem solving.

Expect outdoor environments and coordination of heavy equipment across multiple sites. The role emphasizes team leadership, practical problem solving, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and to spec.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of utility construction for telecom projects.
• Build, repair, and maintain projects in outdoor sites.
• Troubleshoot field issues as they arise.
• Train your crew on tools and equipment.
• Operate backhoes, dozers, cable plows, air compressors, trenchers, and other machinery.
• Manage all aspects of job-site construction.
