Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Florida. You will lead crews, manage timelines, and ensure safety and quality across underground telecom projects.

This role requires at least three years of related experience and preferred Foreman background. You will coordinate with supervisors, read blueprints, and interact with property owners as needed, in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• U.S. work authorization
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Foreman experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Assist in training crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with daily activities
• Talk with property owners about work and resolve issues
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery
• Work in all weather conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned
