Job summary

Kanaan Communications, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Ohio. You will lead crews to install and maintain underground telecom systems, ensure safety protocols, and keep projects on schedule.

You’ll work closely with the supervisor, read blueprints, train crew members, and communicate with property owners to resolve issues. This full-time role requires at least three years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and a clean safety record.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license; High School Diploma or GED; 3+ years related experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Train crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies compliant (OSHA/DOT).
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Discuss work with property owners and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
