Kanaan Communications, LLC seeks a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Columbus, OH. You will lead crews to meet project timelines, read blueprints, and ensure safety policies and regulations are followed on site.

Requirements include at least three years of related experience, 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED. We offer strong benefits and a safety‑focused work culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Help ensure safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
