Kanaan Communications, LLC is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman in North Jackson, OH to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems. You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on-site while guiding less experienced crew members.

Requirements include a DOT medical card, valid driver’s license, 3+ years of related experience, and willingness to certify as a pole climber. The role may travel for storm response as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED or relevant experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record (DOT considerations).
• DOT physical exam passing medical card required.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Certified pole climber or willingness to become certified.
• CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on job sites.
• Provide guidance and on-site leadership to crew members.
• Travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks documenting productivity and safety.
