You will lead Wireless & Communications crews on major regional infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality while coordinating with project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of underground construction experience (fiber optic, conduit, trenching, or utility installation).
• Ability to supervise crews and manage jobsite safety.
• Willingness to undertake heavy travel across states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for fiber optic installation, trenching, conduit placement, and utility work.
• Direct crew members, assign daily tasks, manage equipment and materials, and enforce OSHA safety standards.
• Coordinate traffic control, road closures, and collaborate with project managers, utilities, inspectors, and clients.
• Track daily production hours, maintain reports, troubleshoot issues, and ensure projects stay on schedule and budget.
