Job summary

B.H. Inc. is seeking a General Superintendent in Salt Lake City, UT to lead underground infrastructure projects. You will direct field operations, manage large crews, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across multiple sites.

The role offers an hourly wage of $35–$45 with substantial overtime potential, 10–12 hour days, and a comprehensive compensation package including per diem, retirement, health benefits, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience across underground construction activities.
• Strong understanding of trenching, drilling, plowing, conduit installation, and fiber optic pulling/splicing workflows.
• Proven ability to manage large field crews and coordinate with project engineers.
• Willingness to travel regularly to regional project sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of underground infrastructure projects for the Wireless & Communications division.
• Direct large-scale trenching, directional drilling, and conduit work to ensure project blueprints and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate crews, schedules, and interfacing with engineers to deliver on time and within budget.
