Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman for our Telecom Construction team to oversee crews, manage equipment and materials, and ensure projects stay on schedule. The role emphasizes safety, DOT compliance, and efficient field operations.

The position requires leading crews, hands-on equipment operation, and collaboration with the Supervisor to maintain production notes and training programs. Strong safety mindset and three years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
