Job summary

Niels Fugal Sons Company, LLC is seeking a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team. You will participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation.

This is an hourly field role essential to project progression and site safety. Responsibilities include installing underground telecom cabling, operating equipment, completing reports, and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Experience operating hand tools and utility trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Help with site restoration efforts.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
