Job summary

Niels Fugal Sons Company, LLC in Utah is seeking a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team to support underground construction, loading, delivery, digging and equipment operation.

You will install underground telecommunications cabling, operate construction equipment, keep work areas clean, and report daily production. This role requires compliance with safety rules and clear communication with the crew.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Experience operating hand tools and utility trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment, and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Help with site restoration efforts.
