Pacific Network Solutions is hiring an Underground Tech I in Gilbert, AZ. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and certification to get you started in directional drilling, utility locating, and hydro excavation.

You’ll operate equipment, follow safety protocols, and grow with a company that values determination and empowerment. This full-time, on-site role offers benefits, overtime, and opportunities to advance with hands-on field work.

Qualifications

• No experience required; company provides training and certification.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to climb ladders, squat, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good listening skills and eagerness to learn.
• Must be local to market.
• Expected to work weekends, overtime, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills in reading and understanding construction drawings.
• Desire to gain working experience in directional drilling, utility locating, and hydro excavation.
• Learn to operate equipment such as concrete saws, mini excavators, skid steers, and vacuum trucks.
• Understand and adhere to site safety and awareness protocols.
• Accurately follow methods of procedure and complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with team members and clients.
• Overnight travel as needed.
