Job summary

A leading utility locating company in Apache Junction is looking for entry-level Locate Technicians to locate underground utilities, troubleshoot, and mark ground to promote damage prevention. The ideal candidate must be 18 or older, have a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. This role requires outdoor work in all weather, strong problem-solving skills, and flexibility for scheduling. Comprehensive training will be provided along with competitive pay and company benefits such as safety shoe vouchers and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older.
• Valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to walk up to 5 miles a day 2-3 times a week.
• Ability to carry up to 5 lbs of electronic locating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Use provided locate equipment to accurately locate underground utilities.
• Communicate effectively with peers, managers, and homeowners.
