Responsibilities
- Coordinate jobs with outside services, such as subcontractors and management.
- Organize equipment, material, and labor to complete projects on time.
- Verify accuracy of locates, materials, and billings.
- Call in or email locates as needed.
- Complete change orders following procedures, including passing information to contract administrators and the billing department.
- Monitor production reports.
- Complete final asbuilt and tab sheet of units placed.
- Complete redlining process.
- Support Supervisors and Foremen to monitor and enforce all company and outside required safety policies and procedures.
- Assist supervisors in the management and retention of new and existing employees.
- Monitor and complete necessary paperwork regarding employee accidents and injuries, in conjunction with the Safety Department.
- Maintain and properly document DOT paperwork if required.
- Review for accuracy, approve, and submit employee time‑cards for processing.
- Manage materials using a spreadsheet.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- Knowledge of quality processes and safety programs.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as area, distance, proportions.
- Ability to apply reasoning and understanding to carry out instructions that are written, spoken or provided as diagrams or prints.
- Knowledge of proper installation processes.
- Knowledge of Internet software, project management software, spreadsheet software and word processing software is required.
- Maintain a current DOT health card certificate.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Travel may be required.

Wage Range
$28.00 – $38.00
