Traylor Bros., Inc. is seeking an Safety Manager-Underground to lead safety policy development and ensure OSHA compliance on civil underground projects.

You will maintain logs, conduct inspections, and manage safety programs across complex tunneling environments. The role requires a Bachelor's in OSH or related field, 5–10 years of underground construction experience, and CHST certification (or intent to obtain within the first year).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in OSH or related field.
• 5–10 years in underground construction experience.
• CHST certification or gained within first year.
• OSHA 30 hr Construction Safety.

Responsabilidades

• Manage safety policies and ensure OSHA compliance for civil underground construction.
• Maintain OSHA logs, inspections and related items.
• Conduct safety training and education programs; demonstrate safety equipment.
• Perform job-site inspections and monitor PPE supply.
• Investigate accidents and determine corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop hygiene programs including noise surveys and ventilation assessments.
• Collaborate with engineers and physicians to address hazardous conditions.
• Provide new-employee safety orientations and create training materials.
